Javascript is a widely-used scripting system on webpages. It allows your web browsing experience to run far smoother, faster and with less load on the servers of the website you're on. If you have Javascript disabled, it stops this kind of scripting.
Javascript is almost essential for use on LawsLoop, very few features work without Javascript enabled. For example, Posting on Manifestos, Profiles or the Forum won't work and nor will you be able to create a Manifesto as the Manifesto creation process is entirely Javascript-based.
A common reason that somebody may have Javascript disabled is for security reasons, a tiny minority of malicious websites may implement Javascript to annoy or attack a user. LawsLoop has no intention of doing either. We strongly recommend re-enabling Javascript, at least for browsing LawsLoop.
