Labour or the work of people is the most important thing that needs to be done in any economy but we must start to become social friendly and think, strive and obtain a economy where all labour is paid in the same amount to all where everyone has an equal economic value. This is achieved when your communist state has become a true communist state(or socialist).

The most important jobs that must be used is Agricultural, Construction, Factory work, Medical, Transportation work, and Economic overseeing. These jobs all depend on each other so that the economy is stable.
